About Us
The Coast Motel was original built in the mid eighties and was named the Centertown Motel. It operated under this name until it's close in the mid 2000s where it since sat dormant.
In 2021, Core Asset Developments saw the need for more budget friendly accommodation in the booming town of Eden and purchased the property. After extensive renovations it was re opened as The Coast Motel in March 2022.
Core Asset Developments has also been responsible for the restoration and re opening of the historical Australasia Hotel as well as The Sapphire of Eden Apartment Complex.
The Coast Motel has 15 rooms in total which consist of 10 triple rooms, 4 premium rooms with the option of being joined to make two 2-bedroom units as well as a large, family style, three bedroom apartment. There really is something for every traveller.
Located on Imlay Street, the main street in town, you will only be walking distance from two supermarkets, a newsagency, two pharmacies and a range of retail stores as well as amazing restaurants. For more information, please see our TO DO page.
